These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Humanoid platform ("Service") operated by Humanoid Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free-tier limits.

2. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free plan: The Explorer plan is available at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
• Trial period: If you sign up for a paid plan with a trial, you may cancel during the trial period without being charged.
• Refund policy: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Price changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond what is explicitly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Humanoid Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Market data, company profiles, and robot specifications available through the Service are proprietary compilations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this data without permission.
• Your account data remains yours. You may export it at any time.

5. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanoid Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
